We leverage a flexible collective of skilled publication professionals including writers, editors, proofreaders, photographers, designers and artists. We work with you, the client, to identify the requirements of your project and supply the skills needed to create a spectacular outcome. We can also provide any required skill in isolation – if all you need is a final critical eye over your project, we can hook you up with a proofreader. If you need a writer with specific subject knowledge, we can locate the right person among our wider project team.
Ah yes, the old ‘how long is a piece of string’ question … because we tailor a process and schedule to your specific requirements, this depends on many factors, from the number of pages to the depth and complexity of the subject matter, plus any specific schedules for reviews/approvals, and your printing requirements.
The price we quote takes into account the above factors, plus printing requirements. We encourage our corporate clients to invite their suppliers and partners to show their support via advertising or sponsored content, which can help to offset costs.
By all means, please do! And after you’ve been served up derivative content that offers your readers little informative value or insight into what makes YOUR business tick, and cookie cutter designs creating no emotional connection whatsoever? We’ll still be here, ready to work in partnership with you to understand your goals and create a premium publication that you'll be proud to put in the hands of your clients.
Yes, digital publishing will almost always be more cost-effective than an equivalent printed product. However, an increasing numbers of businesses or organisations are finding that magazines and publications not only provide their readers with an appreciably luxurious channel to consume content, but that physical publications also offer the strategic advantage of being the most engaging and memorable environment in which to present your organisation’s stories and key messaging. A beautifully executed magazine becomes a treasured keepsake, and an item to proudly share with others. Readers who have grown up as natives in a digital world particularly relish the experiential nature and premium feel of settling down in a comfy chair to read an ‘analogue’ magazine.
Absolutely. Your magazine can be recreated as a flipbook-style publication that's suitable for sharing on social media or linking from emails. Let us know during the briefing phase if you'd like to add this option.
In a word, yes — as long as its content is directly related to running your business and earning income. In most cases, it falls under the same provisions as other marketing and promotional materials (please consult a professional accountant or tax agent to verify if your business is eligible to claim a tax deduction).
In many cases, yes. Your business might have a network of suppliers or clients that would love to reach your readers. Encouraging them to take a paid display advertisement and/or sponsored content spread helps your partners to gain visibility with your customers, and can be a great way for you to offset some of the cost of magazine production.
